La mayoría de los documentos sólo existen en inglés.

Capitalisation Exercise on Technical and Vocational Training Systems in Latin America: Brief
The Brief of SDC’s knowledge-sharing initiative about its Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) projects in Latin America is now available. This report presents findings on the impact and sustainability of TVET interventions at the systemic level using examples from Bolivia, Cuba, Honduras, and Nicaragua, and overall lessons learned from the capitalisation process in Latin America.
How to Attract Private Investment for Social Impact and Social Entrepreneurship
The report analyses two of SDC’s flagship private sector engagement programmes: Promoting Social Entrepreneurship (PES) and Social Impact Incentives for scaling high-impact Social Enterprises (SIINC). How can SDC strengthen the social entrepreneurship ecosystem and contribute at the same to poverty alleviation? 5 Gender topics from 6 Latin American countries: In 2023, the Latin America & Caribbean region has bridged 72.6% of its gender gap. According to the WEF Global Gender Gap Report, based on the current pace of progress, Latin America and the Caribbean will close the gap in 67 years. SDC programmes have contributed to this progress. While many challenges remain, the documented experiences provide key insights into what works, what doesn’t and why, continuing to add value and inform gender equality and women’s rights interventions of SDC, its partners and other actors, in the region and beyond. The Compendium aims to contribute to Switzerland’s commitments to Gender Equality & Women’s Rights, and SDC’s institutional expertise on a range of gender & women’s rights topics.

Arts and Culture are an Engine for Social Change
The review of SDC’s cultural programmes in Bolivia, Cuba and Nicaragua concludes that SDC’s investment in culture has been particularly valuable in building capacity of cultural actors and in extending Swiss Cooperation to partners and beneficiaries not otherwise reached. It shows that cultural programmes contribute to Swiss development goals, notably in gender equality, human rights, democratic norms, social cohesion and freedom of expression. They strengthen SDC’s high reputation particularly among those partners, where its engagement with culture is unusual. Cultural work has also great diversification potential for SDC and Diplomatic staff who are not primarily concerned with culture.

Urbanización
El desarrollo y la ayuda humanitaria están influenciados por la urbanización, y las intervenciones de la COSUDE influyen y conforman a su vez el proceso de urbanización. La urbanización no es sólo un sector, un tema transversal o un área de trabajo; es un contexto universal que impacta y altera el trabajo de la COSUDE, moldeando su naturaleza, sus resultados y su impacto. La pobreza es cada vez más un fenómeno urbano y la COSUDE ha adquirido en la última década importantes conocimientos sobre cómo trabajar en contextos de urbanización. El informe sobre el valor añadido de la COSUDE en contextos de urbanización, la caja de herramientas para una programación sensible a la urbanización y diferentes ejemplos de proyectos de la COSUDE contribuyen a mejorar aún más el trabajo de la COSUDE en un mundo en proceso de urbanización.
